Interior project, which included 177 hotel rooms of various sizes. Our scope of work was to paint walls, ceilings, and doors. This was scheduled in a way so that the hotel could still rent rooms that had been reserved before the job started. This is the 2nd time we painted all the interior rooms. We also painted the walls, ceilings, metal railings, and floors of two stairwells.

Exterior project that included patching where needed and painting the stucco, priming & painting all metal with a 2-part urethane coating, including the window frames, and grinding & re-coating the balcony floors.

This property has 14 townhome buildings and a lodge building. We have a yearly contract with this property to stain all wood, including the balcony floors, and to re-seal entry doors with Polycrylic clear. We painted all the stucco on the property with elastomeric paint.

Interior & exterior project. The inside was completely renovated, and we primed and painted the walls and ceilings. We also sanded, stained, and clear-coated all interior woodwork, including baseboard, chair rail, crown molding, and doors. The exterior consisted of staining the rails and shake shingle siding.

Exterior project consisting of four hotel buildings and a restaurant. Sherwin-Williams products were used on the siding, doors, gutters/downspouts, fascia, and soffits, while Timber Pro Stain (a Portland-based company) was used on the wood rails and beams.

Exterior job located at the base of the Steamboat Springs ski resort that included storefronts and condominiums. We utilized our Atrium lift to paint the stucco tower. The lift was driven across a wooden bridge to get to the appropriate spot.

This property consists of stores, condominiums, garages, and restaurants at the base of the Winter Park ski resort. All previously painted exterior areas were included, including metal handrails and doors. This was our second time painting this property.
